How much is my postage?
For delivery within Australia your shipping and handling fees are calculated by weight.
For international delivery, the cost is calculated by weight as well as your delivery location.
Do you offer free shipping within Australia?
Yes. Spend over $120 and you’re eligible for free standard shipping within Australia. It is automatically applied at check out when you spend over $120.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, wherever Paypal accepts your payment.
Where can I find tracking details for my order?
Log in to ‘My Account’, click ‘Orders’, then click the green ‘Track’ button on the right side of your order and you will then be redirected to the Australia Post website where your tracking information will be displayed.

Absolutely Not! We are against animal testing as we consider animals and plants to be our friends. All our products are cruelty free. For more details, please click here.

Yes, all of our products are vegan.
Are they really natural and organic?
Yes. Unlike many other so-called natural products that do in fact contain synthetic ingredients, our products do not contain any of that unnatural stuff. All of our products are free from chemicals, petroleum products, PEGs, parabens, mineral oils, SLS & SLES, synthetic fragrances, artificial colours and preservatives.

Can your products be used on babies, children or the elderly?
The answer is different for each product. Each formula uses different essential oils and at different strengths therefore the directions for use differ for each product. Please read our ‘How to use’ section on each product page for any possible contraindications.
I am pregnant. Can I use your products?
This depends on the individual product. Some products are formulated using a high concentration of essential oils and/or with essential oils that are contraindicated during pregnancy. For more details please read our ‘How to use’ section on each product page. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns. Our clinical aromatherapist Tomomi and Yukiko are also happy to answer any questions you may have.
Where can I buy your products outside of this website?
At the moment our products are only available for sale online or through a limited number of stockists in Japan and Sydney.
