*Some products are only deliverable within Australia by land, not by air, and they are not able to be shipped internationally. This will be mentioned on the product information page if applicable.

We use Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Please allow 1 – 2 business days to process your order. Please allow more time for bulk orders. For wholesale enquiries please contact us directly.

– Regular Post (Tracking available, 2+ business days depending on the destination)
– Express Post (Tracking available, 1+ business days depending on the destination)

Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the weight of the products you order.

*You will be able to see the shipping fee at the check out after you input the delivery address.

*FREE delivery Australia wide with Regular Post on orders over $120. It is automatically applied at check out when you spend over $120.

 

International

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As a valued customer your satisfaction is our highest priority so please take a few moments to read the following before making your purchase.

Due to the nature of the products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind, so please take your time when making your choice to avoid any inconvenience at a later date.
If the product is faulty or damaged, does not match the description or there has been a packaging error we are happy to exchange, replace, credit or refund the product. Please follow the steps below:

1) Please contact us at hello@carnaaromatics.com.au or via our contact form and let us know within 7 days of the product delivery. Please include your order number, a photo of the damaged product and/or a detailed description. The product must not be opened, used and/or damaged unless damaged during the delivery process.

2) We will be in touch as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed in returning the product.

3) The postage costs of any returned products will be refunded. All refunds will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.
